At Marstenwear, we are proud to dispatch all our orders from right here in the United Kingdom. We are committed to getting your new items to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) after your payment has been confirmed.
During particularly busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. To avoid any delays, please double-check that your delivery address and payment details are correct at the time of ordering. If we notice any issues, we will get in touch via email before dispatching your order.
UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays during peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
For the best tracking experience, we recommend entering your tracking number on a universal tracking website like 17TRACK.net. This will allow you to follow your parcel’s entire journey from us to your door.
Customs & Import Taxes
As Marstenwear is a UK-based brand, orders delivered within the United Kingdom are not subject to any customs or import taxes. The price you see at the checkout is the final price you pay.
For any international orders, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to local import taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@marstenwear.com.
We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been processed by our fulfilment team. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard returns process once you receive the item
